I found Ludo intriguing on No Reservations and so bought this book. There are a few recipes I have found so far that a relatively normal person or budding foodie might be able to manage, but it has largely been uber-foodie in its recipes. The pages dedicated to the|From Booklist|Acclaim for chef Lefebvre doesn’t necessarily promise a fully accessible cookbook.
